Legal basis: consent (you can withdraw at any time).
We keep the scope as small as possible and avoid processing special categories of data
5) Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver services—e.g., hosting/CDN, analytics (if enabled), communication tools, file/storage tools, and payment processors (card & crypto).
These providers act under contracts requiring them to protect data and use it only for our instructions.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6) Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
Project files & correspondence: for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards to support handoffs and recordkeeping (typically up to 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion and we are not legally required to keep it).
Payment records/receipts: kept for the period required by applicable finance/tax rules.
Analytics data (if enabled): per the analytics provider’s standard retention or sooner upon request.
Call recordings/transcripts (only if consented): retained for the minimum necessary time (typically ≤ 90 days) or deleted earlier upon your request.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

If data is processed or stored outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK). Details on request at privacy@ananke.design.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS, access controls on a need-to-know basis, regular updates and logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in EEA/UK; state laws in the US), you may have rights to:
Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data
Restrict or object to certain processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent (for analytics/recordings/marketing) without affecting prior lawful processing
